Refund and Cancellation Policy
Digital course subscriptions can be cancelled anytime before the next billing cycle. Refund eligibility depends on access usage and applicable consumer protection law.
- If payment fails or is cancelled before approval, no access is granted and no charge is captured.
- Subscription cancellation stops future recurring billing. Access remains active through the paid period unless otherwise required by law.
- For billing errors, duplicate charges, or unauthorized payments, contact support within 7 days so we can investigate and reverse eligible payments.
- Digital content that has already been accessed may be partially or fully non-refundable where permitted by applicable law.
- Korean users may exercise statutory withdrawal/cancellation rights under applicable e-commerce and consumer protection rules.
Terms of service
InHero provides digital course, textbook, AI tutoring, and study-planning services. Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and may not copy, redistribute, scrape, or resell course content without written permission.
Paid plans unlock the service scope shown at checkout. One Subject Elite unlocks one selected subject. Parent All-Access unlocks parent materials, resource rooms, mock exams, and all published subjects. Free users may access the first lesson of each course where available.
Privacy notice
InHero uses account, payment, course-progress, and learning telemetry data to provide access control, billing support, progress tracking, and personalization. Payment secrets are handled server-side. Billing keys are encrypted before storage.
